Associate Director Production Excellence

Position Profile:

- Oversee the manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met;

- Design and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs;

- Monitor the performance of all production lines to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies;

- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste;

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead the implementation of change;

- Review production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met;

- Ensure a healthy and safe working environment and compliance with regulations through collaboration with environmental, health, and safety staff;

- Identify and share training opportunities for the supervised team to build and improve skills;

- Organize his/her teams for optimal, efficient operations;

- Deliver progress and production reports;

- Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure a coordinated and efficient workflow;

Position Requirements:

- Master's degree in Engineering or other related fields;

- Professional experience

o Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, at least 10 of which in a managerial position;

o Proven track record of increasing productivity and efficiency;

o Strong understanding of lean manufacturing;

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;

- Advanced computer skills - MS Office, familiarity with SAP/ERP systems;

- Strong understanding of the policies and practices used in manufacturing;

- Analytical, responsible, self-motivated, and well-organized individual;

- Excellent communication and managerial skills;

- Ability to solve problems effectively and to meet deadlines;

- Ability to prioritize different tasks;

- Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals;

- Outgoing, open, and honest personality;

- Strong team player;
