In order to continue our mission, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to work at the position of a

Demand & Inventory Planner

Position Profile:

1. For demand planning:

- Supports Sales by updating the sales plans in the appropriate tool adopted by the company;

- Reviews historical actual sales, updated sales plans, and customer orders, and discusses any mismatch with the Master Scheduler and Sales;

- Supports the alignment of the demand forecast with other functions concerned, including Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Replenishment;

- Administers the Demand Planning Tool;

- Proposes improvements to the demand planning processes and tools;

- Proposes a set of KPIs for performance management of the demand planning process and prepares and maintains regular and ad-hoc reports;

2. For inventory management:

- Collaborates with other departments to ensure inventory levels are properly planned and managed;

- Proposes a set of KPIs for performance management of the inventory management processes, as well as improvements to the inventory management process and tools;

- Prepares regular inventory analyses and reports and proposes specific actions for inventory levels improvement;

3. For sales and operations planning (“S&OP”):

- Supports the Master Scheduler by ensuring awareness, understanding, and focus on the S&OP processes and tools among all company stakeholders;

- Supports the Master Scheduler with securing reliable data for the overall S&OP processes;

- Supports the Master Scheduler with preparing regular reports related to the S&OP processes;

Position Requirements::

- University degree in supply chain management, business or other related field;;

- Professional experience - at least 3 years as a demand planner, material planner, forecast analyst, customer service professional, or similar, preferably in a production company with an understanding of the supply chain management process

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;

- Deep knowledge in MS Office, (especially MS Excel), SAP, or other ERP is advantageous;

- Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined, and result-orientated person;

- Very good analytical skills;

- Excellent communication and mediation skills;

- Strong team player;
