Employer Branding Professional

Position responsibilities:

- Establish a global employer brand identity that showcases TESY's unique character, values, and cultures;

- Translate our employer value proposition into powerful and creative campaigns to engage existing employees and intrigue potential ones;

- Design, build and execute a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, merchandise, etc.) to bring our employer brand to life;

- Work with the marketing & HR team to design effective campaigns for public outreach;

- With support from the creative team, create engaging messaging and supporting artwork that reflects and adheres to the relevant brand guidelines (either our own or that of our clients);

- Write, edit, and proofread copy for a wide range of campaign-focused marketing materials, including microsite copy, social media, email templates, and website articles;

- Manages the internal employer branding communication via private social media channels and intranet platforms;

- Manage the creation of supporting documentation for candidate attraction and engagement, including careers brochures, employer-branded emails, and interview and onboarding packs;

Position Requirements::

- 3+ years' experience in marketing communications or communications and a proven ability to lead marketing campaigns;

- Creative thinker with great communication and interpersonal skills;

- Excellent communication and influencing skills supported by exceptional written and spoken English skills;

- Copywriting, proofing, and editing experience is essential;
