Head of Markets Western Europe & MENA

 

Job Profile

  •   Leads the research and analysis of West European, Middle Eastern and North African markets of electric water heaters, indirectly heated water tanks, electric heating appliances and heat pumps for domestic hot water and heating (the “Markets”);
  •   Drives the development of business strategies and business plans for the Markets in line with the corporate strategy;
  •   Proposes and implements commercial policies in the Markets;
  •  Plays a key role in the development of marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the Markets;
  •   Leads the implementation of the business strategies and business plans, aiming to achieve the sales and profitability targets;
  •   Partners with the Head of Marketing in the implementation of the marketing strategies and annual marketing plans;
  •   Manages the customer acquisition, sales and customer servicing operations;
  •   Manages a team of sales managers and sales representatives with full responsibility for their operations in the Markets;
  •   Generates ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio;
  •   Prepares regular and ad hoc reports in accordiance with the corporate templates.

 

 

Job Requirements

  •      Education: university degree in economics, technical science or other major suitable for the position;
  •      Professional experience:

o   10 years of which at least five in a management position;

o   business-to-business sales, where the experience with the sales of any of the following would be an advantage: professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/ systems, domestic appliances or other installation products;

o   experience in an international company or environment would also be preferred;

  •      Language skills: fluent in English; other European/ international languages would also be an advantage;
  •      Computer literacy: MS Office, experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage;
  •      Inter-personal skills:

o   Strategic thinker and motivational leader;

o   Business developer with strong negotiation skills;

o   Self-starter and result-oriented individual;

o   Analitycal with attention to detail;

o   Excellent communicator and presenter;

o   Outgoing, open and honest personality.

·       Willingness for regular and ad-hoc visits to the Markets.

 

 

Location

  •       TESY’s Sofia office or the candidate’s home country; to be discussed
