Key Account Manager

Position Profile:

- Participate in the development of the business strategy and business plan for the Bulgarian market in line with the general company strategy;

- Prepare the sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;

- Drive the implementation of the business strategy and business plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets;

- Generate ideas and proposals for the development of the product portfolio;

- Prepare analysis of the competitors’ behaviour;

- Manage annual negotiations with Key Accounts for setting business terms and conditions;

- Lead the regular sales to clients in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of the receivables;

- Responsible for the product/categories distribution and in-store execution;

- Prepare regular reports in accordance with the corporate templates;

Position Requirements::

- Education: University degree in economics, technical science or other major suitable for the position;

- Professional experience:

o 3 - 5 years in business-to-business sales, where the experience with the sales of any of the following would be an advantage: professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/ systems, domestic appliances or other installation products, FMCG;

o experience in an international company would also be an advantage;

- Language skills: native Bulgarian and excellent command of English, both written and spoken;

- Computer literacy: MS Office;

- Inter-personal skills:

o Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined, and result-oriented individual;

o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;

o Ability to solve problems effectively, and meet deadlines;

o Outgoing, open and honest personality;
