Production Mаnаger

Position Profile:

- Manage and oversee the production process;

- Implement the production plan and efficiently utilize resources to deliver the plan on time and in full;

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the delivery of the production schedule is completed on time;

- Ensure that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly and increase production efficiency;

- Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime;

- Ensure adequate scheduling of staff;

- Ensure that produced products are according to the quality requirements;

- Identify and share training opportunities for the supervised team to build and improve skills;

- Control costs of the department within the agreed budgets and the changing needs of the business, statutory requirements, and customer policy;

- Ensure all health and safety standards are met to keep the production accident-free;

- Utilise data from all relevant systems/tools to identify areas for improvement;

- Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff. Ensure all employees are trained properly;

- Maintain a culture of continuous development and improvement;

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering;

- Professional experience

o Minimum 2 years of proven manufacturing engineering experience;

o Proven assembly process experience (automated methods included) ;

- Very good command of English, both written and spoken;

- Expert user of MS Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Soft-skills:

o Leadership skills;

o Project Management skills;

o Communications skills;

o Analytical skills with attention to detail;
