Senior Operational Excellence Engineer

Position responsibilities:

- Implement an aligned Operational Excellence approach in close cooperation with production managers

- Leads Kaizen continuous improvement projects through cross-functional teams and project management

- Uses Lean Manufacturing tool to identify and develop solutions that drive operational improvement on a daily basis

- Coach functional area teams in their daily communication meetings, ensuring that defined methods are properly used in all areas;

- Work closely with Project Sponsors and Operational Excellence Director to continuously review processes and to eliminate barriers in projects;

Position Requirements::

- University degree - Master in Management and Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;

- English language – excellent command both written and spoken;

- Professional experience – at least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial context related to Continuous Improvement initiatives;

- Strong knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, SMED, Value Stream Mapping);

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions;

- Project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and engage different levels of management;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
